Your sanitary and storm sewer laterals run from your home to the street. Like much of our infrastructure, over time they deteriorate and can start to leak. In this video from Building Wisconsin TV, we’ll replace these sewer laterals as host Stuart Keith meets with Steve Breitlow from Plumbers Local 75 and Master Plumber Tom Zoulek from Mid City Corporation. Also, Becky Specht from the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) explains their Pipecheck Program which can offset some of the cost to homeowners who need to replace their sewer laterals.
