Stu also meets with Terry McGowan from WI Operating Engineers Local 139 at the US 12/18-County AB Interchange Project who shows how Local 139 members from RG Huston Company are getting the job done. Then President & CEO Mark O’Connell from the Wisconsin Counties Association looks to the future and provides some insight on how these infrastructure projects will keep Wisconsin’s residents, businesses and visitors moving Forward.
