Boy Scouts are able to learn many skills as they accumulate Merit Badges. In today’s video, 192 interested Boy Scouts from the Bay-Lakes Council participate in the UA 400 Welding Merit Badge Clinic at Camp Rokilio in Kiel WI. UA 400 members provided the Scouts with hands-on experience in practical skills and welding fundamentals. UA 400 and four signatory contractors donated all the necessary equipment including diesel-drive welders, protective equipment, tools and materials. This program is an example of UA 400’s focus on accelerating youth interest in the pipe trades. #JoinUA400 #UAApprenticeships
