Our last post featured the renovation of the historic Germania Building in downtown Milwaukee. Today’s video from Building Wisconsin TV features a tour of the completed renovation. Host Stuart Keith meets with Kalan Haywood from Vangard Group LLC who tells how the project began and Mark Klann from Cardinal Capital Management explains how it was accomplished. Also, Milwaukee historian Bob Giese gives a history of the building and the downtown neighborhood.
