This week, the Wisconsin State Assembly Transportation Committee is holding hearings in Madison on how to pay for much needed transportation infrastructure in the face of a $1 Billion deficit. The Republican majority is split over whether an increase in taxes and fees is needed. Building Wisconsin TV has been ahead of the curve on this issue.
