In today’s video from Building Wisconsin TV, we feature the Wisconsin Pipe Trades Apprenticeship Contest held at the Steamfitters Local 601 Training Center in Madison. Apprentices from around the state representing different trades competed in exercises requiring exacting tolerances. Union leaders, participating contractors and Dept. of Workforce Development Secy. Caleb Frostman were on hand to observe the competition. Building Wisconsin wants to congratulate the winners: Justin Lindberg in Steamfitting; Tom Adams in Plumbing; Dennis Komassa in Sprinklerfitting; Dylan Mercier in HVAC Repair and Scott Graper in Welding.
