The 25th Women In Construction Week was March 5-11. It celebrates and promotes the role of women nationwide in the construction industry. This year’s theme, ‘Many Paths, One Mission,’ celebrated the many different journeys women have taken to not only join but bolster the construction industry. Even large Wisconsin builders like Findorff highlighted the contributions of women in the field as well as the office. In this video from Building Wisconsin TV, Plumbers Local 75 member Christina B. talks about switching from college to a plumbing apprenticeship.
