Recently, Madison child care non-profit The Playing Field started a 15,000 sq. ft. remodel inside the Tributary Hub, a former big box store on the east side that also houses the Plumbers Local 75 Madison Training Center. The space will provide trauma-informed care and education for up to 100 children from diverse backgrounds, as well as access to job training and affordable housing for families. It was made possible thanks to over $4 million raised in The Playing Field’s capital campaign.
