In a new survey, 80% of high school students said they put a higher value on job training than a college degree. K-12 schools in Wisconsin are increasingly being incentivized to expose students to a full range of career options before leaving high school. More students are choosing apprenticeships over college for good wages and benefits while learning on the job and at state-of-the-art training centers without student loan debt. Wisconsin’s Registered Apprenticeship Program has over 16,000 enrolled apprentices.
