WRTP Big Step is a training program that helps with job and career placement in the building trades. As reported in this Capital Times article, Big Step has partnered with the Madison Metropolitan School District for a program called Career Pathways In Construction. Over two weeks, Big Step brings in trade workers to four Madison high schools for a day of hands-on learning in the trades for middle and high school students.
