On the eve of the 4th of July, it’s hard to read that the state is closing the homeless program at the King Veterans Home. Homelessness is a reality for many veterans. Thankfully, there are those trying to address the problem. Today’s video from Building Wisconsin TV features the construction of the Major General Jacob Brown Veterans Manor in Green Bay. This project provides 50 units of housing for homeless veterans and was made possible by Cardinal Capital Management and The Center For Veterans Issues.
