Host Stuart Keith starts with developer Mike Metzger from McGrath Property Group to learn about the Aparthotel concept and The Dylin’s perfect location for Madison visitors. We also learn about the construction process and some of the challenges general contractor Stevens Construction and plumbing contractor Mattox Plumbing had to overcome. Plumbing Foreman Christina Breitlow gives a tour of the project and Plumbers Local 75 apprentice Kayleigh Woyach, who’s also working on the project, shares her experience in starting a plumbing career right out of high school.
