We at Building Wisconsin TV and the Building Wisconsin Blog want to salute and thank the organizers and sponsors of this year’s 2nd annual Kids Building Wisconsin held on Saturday, May 9 at McKee Farms Park in Fitchburg WI. Over 2000 kids attended making this year’s event even bigger and better than last year! Kids Building Wisconsin is focused on getting kids interested in the many exciting careers available in the construction industry. This year, there were more hands-on exhibits, bigger construction equipment and today’s Building Wisconsin video featuring the Wisconsin Operating Engineers was a big hit with the kids!
We also want to congratulate the Construction Business Group for being the Title Sponsor of this great event. CBG is a labor-management organization dedicated to the advancement of Wisconsin’s construction industry.
