Careers In Construction Day was held on March 19th at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison WI. It’s an annual event sponsored by the Building and Construction Trades Council of South Central Wisconsin. Interest in Careers In Construction Day has grown over the years. This year’s event drew over 500 students from 25 area high schools! The students were able to check out all of the building trades from bricklayers to electricians to sheet metal work at numerous booths with hands-on activities. The students level of enthusiasm was impressive! We at Building Wisconsin TV want to congratulate everyone involved for putting on a terrific event!
